Exo:pure – innovative laboratory toolkits for ultrafiltration

The unique design of the filtration column allows to elect and concentrate the required fraction precisely

The main advantages of the developed system are simplicity, reliability and availability. Exo:pure toolkit allows to perform ultrafiltration using standard clinical equipment
Exosomes purification and ultrafiltration
Purification of exosomes from physiological liquids is a complicated procedure, which is in a great demand in both scientific and clinical practice. Standard methods of purification are ultrafiltration, ultracentrifugation and chromatography. These methods are expensive and require specific preparation of samples and unique equipment.

Exo:pure filtration toolkit allows to purify exosomes from any physiological fluids quickly, easily and cheap.

The toolkit has been tested by an independent scientific and clinical laboratories.

Concentration via reverse filtration
The construction of the filtration column is designed for reverse filtration, which will allow to elect and concentrate the particles (exosomes) retained by the filter. The concentration of particles can be increased up to 1000 times.

The video below shows how to applicate exo:pure toolkit for exosomes purification

Multi-stage filtration
The multi-stage filtration system allows to elect plurality of fractions of different size or to perform ultrafiltration using unclarified samples

Specifications
The main purpose of the filtration toolkit is exosomes purification from physiological liquids: plasma, urine, cell growth media, tear, saliva, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.

To elect exosomes form the sample, beside exo:pure toolkit the following equipment is required:

  • laboratory pipettes;
  • laboratory bucket centrifuge;
  • microfuge;
  • laboratory balance;
  • 50 ml laboratory polymer centrifuge tubes;
  • 1.5 ml Eppendorf tubes
